Stewart Hartley

New ZealandStewart started his working life as a teacher, but after meeting Chris Niarchos and learning the business, found his teaching ability could be put to better use. Learning the systems and coaching them to others is the main focus of the business and this ability has helped Stewart create a hugely successful Organisation throughout Australia and New Zealand.
James Greaves

MalaysiaJames began with the company in Australia, opening MC s in Perth and Brisbane. After an inspiring visit to Asia in 1995, James decided that Asia was where he wanted to build his Organisation. Opening a new country with no infrastructure was difficult in the beginning, but over time and with hard work he laid the foundations to a successful business. James now operates and impressive organisation, which encompasses Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Taras Koochin

JapanTaras was one of the original Leaders on Chris Niarchos’s team back in Toronto, Canada. He followed Chris to Australia and established his first MC’s in Sydney back in 1988. After expanding his Organisation through Australia and New Zealand, looking for a new challenge Taras decided to relocate to Japan and take his business further a field. He now runs a very successful Organisation in Japan, leading his team to ever-higher achievements.
Paul Burkett

AustraliaPaul started in the business in 1995, after being personally recruited by Vice President Shane Ward. After learning everything he could from Shane, Paul launched his company in Melbourne, and with a positive attitude and a structured plan for the future has built his Organisation, which now spans the globe, with MC’s in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Denmark Sweden and Italy.
Haydn Murdoch

AustraliaHadyn was on a summer break from university when he discovered The Cobra Group. He planned to stay for a short while to earn extra money during the holidays, however it wasn’t long before he realised the long-term benefits of what the business could offer. His consistent high-standards have propelled Hayden forward in the business and his support has seen his team open up MC’s in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Singapore in an array of Divisions.
Simon Murphy

UKSimon Murphy joined the business whilst travelling in Australia. The opportunities as a business Owner and to be accountable for his own destiny are what attracted him to the industry. Simon’s Organisation now spans over 5 countries and over 50 MC’s. He is always the visionary, pioneering new systems and it was Simon who introduced the Cycle of Development, The Cobra Group's standardised training and development module.
Michael Scully

UK and GermanyMichael started in London in 1991 and soon saw the impressive opportunity that was being offered. Michael’s passion for the business shone through and he soon started building his Organisation. In 2004 he took on his next big challenge, moved to Germany, and launched the Energy and Fundraising Division in a new country. Today his Organisation has never been stronger and looks forward to spreading throughout Germany and the rest of Europe.
Tony Fernandez

IndiaTony started in VP Stewart Hartley’s office in Perth, Australia. Within four months of becoming an Owner Tony was the top performer in his division. In 1991 he was given the opportunity to return to England, and spent the next few years progressing his business in Manchester. When Chris Niarchos moved to his Manchester office in 1996 Tony seized the opportunity to gain as much knowledge from Chris as possible. Then in 1998 Tony was given the chance to open up in India. His efforts led to him getting promoted to VP and create a flourishing country, now with over 50 MC’s and 1,200 people in his Organisation in India.
Steve Sapsford

AustraliaSteve joined the business after having previously run a company in the construction industry. Steve was not a natural leader or trainer and after being promoted to Ownership, he decided he needed to fine tune his skills. Steve utilised the support structure of The Cobra Group and he was soon back on track as an Owner. After building his Organisation in the UK, Steve decided to start again in Australia. His meticulous management skills meant Steve was able to build his Organisation in Europe whilst living and building his business in the Southern Hemisphere. Steve was rewarded for his efforts and was promoted to Vice President in August 2006 at the European Convention. He now has over 30 MC’s in his Organisation.
